Set across four acres in Montecito, with sweeping ocean and mountain views, the Magnolia House is a 1946 Colonial that was ready for a rethink.

House of Honey reimagined the home for a modern family of five, preserving the footprint while simplifying its language. Ornate details were pared back in favor of a more restrained approach, allowing light, landscape, and daily life to take the lead. The result is a quieter, more assured version of the same house, one that finally feels aligned with how it was always meant to be lived.
