House of Honey in Pasadena: A Pre-Craftsman
Heirloom House
Built in 1903, this Pasadena Victorian carries the kind of architectural language that predates the Craftsman movement, with great bones and even better light.
We reimagined it for a client who is equal parts thoughtful and exacting, keeping the historic framework intact while introducing a more personal, layered point of view. The approach draws from nature and craft, with details that feel collected, specific, and quietly expressive. A custom stained glass panel, created in collaboration with Judson Studios, sets the tone at the entry, while moments of pattern, texture, and a bit of wit unfold throughout.
It feels rooted, considered, and entirely her own.
